Account Manager/Customer Success Manager - Recruitment

Location : Delhi

Experience: 6 months to 5 years

Responsibilities:

Build a strong relationship with the partnered employers

Strong understanding of the employer's hiring needs

Strong understanding of the employer's ideal candidate

Ability to drive engagement

Ability to be able to reach to a decision for the relevant candidates

Run special initiatives to ensure a better employer experience

Attributes of the right candidate:

Strong Relationship building Skills

Should be a hustler

Ability to figure out key bottlenecks

Good Communications Skills

Good Educational Qualifications is a plus
