Organisation: Tier I system Integrator

Position: Account Manager (BPO/ ITES vertical)

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Noida

Experience: 6-15 years

Job Description:

Relationship Manager - Large Accounts ( BPO/ITES Vertical)

Responsible for growing the Services business in assigned account by consistently meeting customer requirements by identifying and positioning of solutions. Establish and nurture customer relationships, develop account strategies and plans, and manage a pipeline of Services opportunities. Success is measured by satisfied customers, achievement of the annual quota, ability to collaborate with virtual teams and getting inside intelligence.

The primary focus of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop long-term sustainable relationships with customer. The associate is expected to identify issues and priorities for the Client for which solutions can be presented.

Below are the key skill required:

- A recognized Degree in Business Management with BE or related IT degree

- 7-10 years of relevant working experience in managing BPO Accounts.

- The accounts to be handled are primarily in Mfg and Health Care and most of the services would be Financial services related.

- Good team player, and highly adaptable to working independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment. In addition, demonstrate the ability to think strategically

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Resourceful, possesses strong business acumen and results-oriented

- Self-starters who are able to work in teams as well as independently

- Strong communication skills
