SUMMARY

Account Managers role involves increasing wallet share form existing Banking clients, increasing profit margin on ongoing projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Business Analysts with strong domain knowledge of Banking would be ideal fit.

They provide Analytics, Risk & Compliance Solutions for their banking clients globally by bringing the right mix of Products, Solution Frameworks & Consulting expertise. Our client understands Banking and Banking Data deeply and leverages the latest in Analytics, Data Sciences and Information Management technology embedding Big Data, Mobility & Cloud capabilities to provide solutions to banks globally.

Account Manager

Experience: Min: 5 years Max: 10 years

Experience Requirements:

1) You have a deep passion about the Banking/BI/Analytics space and the deep understanding of the same in a functional and/or technical capacity

2) You have managed independent P&Ls & client relationships and served as the escalation point of contact for clients

3) You have experience of adhering to delivery assurance to the existing clients. You have been exposed to delivery at some point of time in your past experience

4) You have worked with the delivery teams to escalate and prioritise client issues

5) You understand the nuances & art of managing challenging client expectations

6) You have played a consultative/advisory approach in helping a client navigate through their problems to prefer a solution from you

7) You have the focus on account expansion and revenue generation and have a perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities

8) You have engaged with the service/support desk as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues

Personality Traits:

1) You are self-motivated and enjoy operating & delivering results in a high pressure environment

2) You have high levels of ownership & enjoy taking responsibility and orchestrating multiple threads to meet the goal/objective.

3) You are client service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability & initiative.

4) You have a deep people and relationship orientation. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills

5) You enjoy travelling and meeting different people from multiple cultures.

6) You have very strong verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills

Other Requirements:

1) MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background and some experience working in/with the Banking/BI/Analytics industry.

2) 5-10 years of work experience in relevant roles.
