Role:

Our business-to-business sales professionals (Sales Executive – SRG) are responsible for selling a diversified range of human capital, talent and media solutions to staffing firms/RPO nationwide. Our enthusiastic and driven sales professionals focus on prospecting new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, analyzing their needs, and effectively delivering value-added solutions. Account Executives focus on driving new market share by growing current accounts and hunting for new business opportunities. This sought after sales position is in our Staffing & Recruitment Group (SRG), which sells within the Staffing Industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative sales methods

- Maintain a high level of activity by cold calling and running appointments over the phone and in person

- Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas

- Generate revenue and grow client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts; increase spend and create new buyers in existing accounts by cultivating new relationships laterally and above the primary contact

- Build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales quota

- Becoming a subject matter expert by acquiring ongoing marketplace intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources

- Gather, analyze, and apply business and industry knowledge through knowing the online recruitment industry and customers' industries, understanding human capital, and using economic and financial data to understand a client's business

- Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone

Requirements

Job Requirements

- 2 years of inside or outside sales with cold calling experience

- Must have atleast 6 months proven B2B sales experience - direct sales experience within the staffing industry is highly preferred

- Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person

- Upbeat and positive demeanour

- Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture

- Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills

- Superior hunting / cold-calling capabilities and account management skills; desire to deliver world-class customer service

- Proven success selling to the executive level as well as multiple buyers at several levels within large, global enterprise organizations

- Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Expertise with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling

- Experience working on a performance based compensation structure
