Job Description - As the Account Manager - Specialty (South Asia) you will be reporting into VP of Specialty Materials Division. The following will be your responsibility:
- Developing new business in the India sub-continent
- Conduct regular market analysis to develop a business plan
- Establish and achieve sales targets
- Lead the implementation of required marketing initiatives
- Develop relevant pricing models
- Evaluate proper sales channels
The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant must have a under graduate qualification in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with an MBA highly preferred. You will a minimum of 15 years business development experience in the B2B space within the polyurethane or chemical industry at a multi-national organisation. You will have a proven track record in developing a market and driving sales through effective use of marketing initiatives. You will have expertise in conducting market analysis and making recommendations from there to senior management. You will be an individual that has a high level of integrity and ethics (demonstrating compliance to all applicable laws). You will be able to work autonomously and an initiative taker.
