Account Director - Business Development & Client Servicing - Media (6-8 yrs)

Designation : AD New Business Development and Client Servicing

The role requires 70% time on New Business Development & 30 % on client servicing. For client servicing this incumbent will have an account executive/s reporting to him / her.

Responsibilities :

- Develop new business opportunities through client's existing set of clients, cold calling, prospecting and networking

- Become an expert in assessing prospect's needs, developing a creative brief and pitch presentation. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.Participate in pricing the solution/services

- Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy

- Create quarterly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and projection vs achievement

- Working closely with the startegy and brand planning team

- Develop contracts for the new clients. Formalize the contract

- Define KPIs for the clients and get a sign off from the client on the same

- Transition the client aftern winning the pitch to the servicing team

- Present to with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing services to the client

- Ideas around pitching new services to existing set of clients

Servicing of existing client :

- To lead and nurture the client services team to provide the very highest levels of client servicing

- To help identify and convert new business opportunities from existing clients

- To lead and manage the client servicing team: regular fortnightly reporting, job planning

- To work closely with creative team to develop campaign ideas & present the same to the client

- Manage the contract. Renew it in time

- Monthly review with the client

- Ensuring all audit requirments- internal & external

- Payments & billing processes

- Relationship management with the client

- Filing and documentation
