Account Development Manager - IT (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for revenue generation and revenue assurance from given set of accounts .
- Responsible for coordinating with the clients for their Training requirements and closing their requirement, this basically is more of revenue assurance on a monthly basis and overall quarterly basis.
- Responsible for relationship management in given accounts and revenue maximization by cross selling and up selling with the accounts, identify lucrative revenue streams for quest of better margins and top line.
- Responsible for implementing the end to end sales plan and account strategy for each account assigned. Identify new contacts within the assigned accounts for revenue maximization.
- Doing Data mining/ Market Research through various channels .
- Key accounts management as SPOC.
Required Skills :
- Should have Done closure over Phone/Mail majorly .
- Should have experience in Inside sales
- Sales Attitude and aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Keen eye for details and fast response time or TAT for business needs and requirements (day to day work), which implies working as per business needs.
- Keen to enhance business across different industries and accounts.
- Should have experience managing International markets preferably US & European .
- Developed and Implemented sales strategy for target plans successfully (Monthly and quarterly), as an Individual contributor.
