Account Delivery Manager (10-20 yrs)

We are HR Access: leaders in hiring in IT Space

Currently we are hiring in the area of Account Delivery Management for our tier 1 IT client. Below is the JD for the same:

Client: Leading IT Player

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai

Career Level: Manager / Sr Manager

Experience:

- Manager - 10-14 years

- Sr Manager - 15 years and above

Experience Profile:

- Project/Program Management Experience in handling large Engagements.

- At least 2+ years of direct client facing/onshore experience in lead roles.

- Technology stacks: Custom (Non ERP)

Global Delivery Management:

- Proven experience in global delivery of ADM services - ERP/Custom software environment

- Solid Industry Domain Knowledge in at least one vertical

- Should have managed teams from client site to offshore in delivering large programs

- Strong Analytical/Problem solving skills

- Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability

- Manage delivery in multivendor environment

- Knowledge of software quality process / CMM

- Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget and quality

- Pro-active Risk and Escalation Management

- Accountable for CSAT

Client Management:

- Strong Communication skills and ability to confidently communicate a point of view

- Strong understanding of key client stakeholders/organization and the Power Map Equations

- Ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team and gain understanding of Account Plan and key client and internal stakeholders

- Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition/Business Case

- Proven experience in deal process - presales, solution and contract process

- Strong Representative of the Accenture Brand

- Grow into the Trusted Advisor position

- Experience in Contract/Commercial Management. Ability to engage with Contract Management/Legal teams as appropriate

- Escalation Management

- Front ending and qualifying new opportunities. Be on the constant lookout for Up Selling/Cross Selling other offerings

- Well versed with the industry dynamics and knowledgeable about emerging trends

Personality:

- Good Communication and Problem Solving skills

- Should be hands on, get into details of engagements. Rolling up sleeves when necessary

- Collaborative approach, both within the firm and with the client organizations

- Constantly keep developing the network within the firm and client site

- Ability to objectively navigate through the various stakeholder equations and deliver results

- Well versed in project financials
