Job Summary:   The Training Manager manages the training team, develops and delivers training solutions using prescribed content, tools and processes, according to the Optimization process, quality, production and production standards. They have the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, web based training, application simulations, and performance simulation) based on high-level design specifications. Additionally, the Training Manager requires minimal supervision throughout, and mentors and guides the team members during the design, development and training delivery process.  Key Responsibilities:   - Accountable for training solutions production, facilitation and delivery in sync with business needs for new hires, specialists, existing resources and new processes / projects through his team of Training Managers. Accountability of the below responsibilities  Develop an in-depth understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.  Assessment protocol and gather content from Subject Matter Experts and Sr.-Level Stakeholders.  Design and create tool-focused, performance enablement deliverables, through training and coaching.   Develop and integrate module content, materials and media to meet detailed training design specifications.  Management of development and edit of content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.  Review course materials to confirm learning objectives have been met based on results of audience and report through daily governance.   Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed process design prior to sending to the client for review.  Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback  Manager Train the Trainer sessions  - Support training solutions development process  Use process development tools according to defined standards, identify continuous improvement areas based on lessons learned  Participate in course test activities such as PKTs, Refreshers, Train the Trainer programs, editorial and instructional design checks; properly document problems for issue resolution.  Collaborate with peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) via professional communication channels to maintain relationships to enable continuous throughput improvement.   Review work of peers and contribute to best practice / lessons learned and developed on the job  Evaluate course assessment results and prepare recommendations for future enhancements / updates using daily batch reports, early warning signals and feedbacks.   - Accountable for training administration tasks  Report status including estimates to complete work; identify potential risks for own and team efforts.   Highlight hiring errors to identify early stage misfits.   Receive and act on feedback related to deliverables and own team's performance.  Provide assistance and mentor new Analysts on process tools, templates and iLCS process activities, take initiative to share ideas and best practices based on experience with tools.  Own the complete client readiness program that includes final assessment, evaluation and certification, etc.  This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions, it does not prescribe or restrict responsibilities that may be assigned.  Qualifications:  Education:   - B.A / M.A preferably with literature, mass communication, journalism background. Or, B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA with relevant digital marketing experience and excellent communication skills.  Work Experience:   - Overall experience of 12-15 years  - 6 - 9 years of Google AdWords and digital marketing experience.  - Demonstrated experience developing training assets including technical writing and / or instructional design  - Facilitated AdWords Optimization training for a minimum of 4 years  - Must have managed teams of 5 - 10 people  Work Requirements:   - Flexibility between shifts   - Flexibility to travel   - Flexibility to attend to ad hoc business requirements   Knowledge / Skills Requirements:  Google AdWords Certified on Search and Display   Strong background in Optimization.   Strong written communication skills - working knowledge of editorial requirements - grammar and instructional design of AdWords; attention to detail to ensure quality  Strong oral communication skills - ability to interview SMEs to define and structure instructional materials.  Team management and leadership skills  Knowledge of and practice with several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)  Proficient in MS Excel and Google/PPT presentation  Extensive client front ending
