Job description :

- Lead Talent Supply chain (Recruitment & Talent Fulfillment) for Capability Network - India (Accenture Strategy)

- Work with the GU Leadership & India MD for Forecasting & headcount growth strategy planning for the entity based on productivity targets.

- Work with the talent fulfillment lead (Who reports directly to this role) and Provide strategic insight for demand & supply balancing based on existing projects & pipeline. As an outcome, recommend internal staffing or external hiring to ensure optimum productivity is maintained.

- Work closely with the recruitment lead (who directly reports to this role) and manage recruitment for the organization with minimal variations from target, quantity, quality within timelines and budgeted costs. Key Performance metrics being - On time Delivery, Cost per Joiner, Joiner per recruiter, Hiring Quality & stake holder feedback.

Recruitment cost optimization : Healthy recruitment channel mix (Campus, Employee Referral, Internet, Agency) with an increased focus to develop low cost hiring channels) without compromising on time delivery & Quality.

- Centralize identified recruitment activities to the internal recruitment operations team to ensure delivery excellent & cost optimization.

Productivity Optimization :

- Work closely with the Resource utilization/ bench management. Plug productivity leakages to ensure minimum bench %.

- Stake Holder Management - Working very closely with very senior stake holders including the India Lead for capability network.

- Liaison with global CN HR & TSC team for recruitment & staffing consistency across CN nodes.

- Manage a team of ~ 25-30 resources

- MBA preferred
