Job Summary :

- Develop data analytics targeting financial and operational risks across capabilities. This highly visible role requires interaction with global business owners/leads to develop analytical model to provide insights.

- Develop and execute analytics supporting forensic investigations and fraud inqiries.

- This innovative role requires development of analytics to support business operations/shared services to test their process controls on periodic basis.

- Drive process improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform routine interaction with capabilities and business stakeholders, identifying where new analytics can be used to solve business problems and objectives.

- Develop and execute data analytics for department audits. This requires interaction with business process leaders to customize analytics to their needs / objectives.

- Independently develop complex analytics within ACL and AX Core applications.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend possible solutions.

- Encourage people to ideate and help them execute ideas.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications :

Education : Post-Graduate (Preferably Accounting or Finance)

Work Experience : 4+ years of overall experience in roles like process re-engineering /process improvement/ internal controls/internal audit (3 years of detective data analytics experience)

Technical Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of ACL Audit Command Language (AX Core) including the ability to create re-usable scripts or similar analytical tools, hands on experience in usage of tools like SAP Tables/Tcode, MS Excel, Power point etc.

Industry : Management Consultancy experience is preferred but not required.

Work Requirements : Located in Bangalore.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications :

- Prior experience extracting data from SAP, and knowledge of SAP tables.

- Experience with ACL Audit Exchange (AX3 / AX4) including knowledge of declaration logic

- Exposure to any other analytics tools like R, SAS etc.

- Certifications are preferred, inclusive of CIA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
