Accenture - Senior Manager - Research - Human Performance Lab Lead

Job Description :

- Primarily responsible for driving innovative research to improve human learning, teaching, and performance. Expected to drive the vision of the lab with the help of the lab staff.

The Lab Lead will drive a research agenda which will include :

- Conducting both long and short term research using the scientific method in areas of cognition, learning, and human performance in order to create breakthrough ideas and concepts.

- Designing and implementing innovative prototypes to demonstrate the human performance potential to leverage upcoming technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics.

- Piloting new approaches by leveraging access to the student population daily at the ILC and other early adopters.

- Representing the work of the lab to internal and external stakeholders.

- To be successful in this role, the most important requirements are the innate curiosity for what's new, a strong understanding of the scientific method, and connections to internal and external research organizations. The individual must possess deep, hand-on research skills.

- He or she will represent their work as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders across Accenture and to clients who may visit the lab. They will be driving the work of others and would benefit from program and stakeholder management skills.
