The Recruiter - Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter - Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.

The Recruiter - Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter - Analysts and or Recruiting Operations Assistants. Relationships:-Reports to: GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter - Manager or Senior Specialist or Specialist Supervises: May supervise Recruiter - Analysts and or Recruiting Operations Assistants External Relationships: Channels or Sources .Universities Search Firms Internet Job Boards Accenture Alumni etc.. Recruiting and or HR Organizations.

Knowledge or Skills Requirements:

- Good understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure

- Strong understanding of the company's position in the marketplace

- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures

- Strong understanding of recruiting profiles

- Very good understanding of selling messages for each organization

- Strong interviewing skills

- Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan

- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis

- Very good understanding of the external marketplace or trends

- Data analysis experience

- Strong team player

- Basic Leadership and coaching skills

- Analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Work Requirements: Some travel may be required
