Position Title: Business Excellence Lead - SCM

Level: AVP / GM

Work location: Bangalore

Main Purpose of Job

Drive Business improvements across S&OP organization.

Key Deliverables

Drive S&OP process rigor across all locations, Ensure process complianc. Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities

Adherence to Plans

Ensure tools and process are maintained and improved.

Influencing team to minimize variations, and working on Process Excellence projects, Training Teams

Build mechanism to identify and scope projects, drive rhythms / structured review up to completion and quantify benefits.

Act as a supply chain functional partner for all IT projects.

Provide Six Sigma, Lean and/or equivalent process improvement tools training to project teams nicate

Key Internal Stakeholders

SCM Team, Sales and Finance Manufacturing Units, Planners

Key Experience requirement

BE +MBA

10-12 years exp in areas of Process Improvement, Lean Experience

Having worked in SCM in FMCG, retail, eCommerce and Telecom domain

Measurements/Performance Indicators

Out of Stock Metrics, Availability, Plant Finished Goods Stock Level
