Specific experience will include:  - A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the   Products industry: CGS/Retail/Auto/Beverages/IE industry  - Consulting or functional experience in:  a) Sales Strategy and Business Planning  b) Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management  c) Product and market entry/launch strategy  d) Sales Operations  e) Channel management (Direct / Indirect)  f) Sales Force Incentive Management  g) Trade Spend management  - Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable  - Strong program management/ people management skills  - Experience working with C level executives  - MBA from a Tier 1 B School  - Global exposure will be desirable  Key Competencies and Characteristics:  - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment   - Structured approach to Problem solving  - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills  - Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C level executives in a range of environments  - Desire to work in an information systems environment  - Travel: Ability to accommodate global travel - 60%-70% or more
