Job Description :  Key responsibilities of the role include :  - This role is for a consulting professional with deep experience in Delivery/Program/Project Management, within the Electronics & High Tech industry vertical. This practitioner will provide expertise to help clients manage complex business transformations, and contribute in the following areas:  Project Delivery :   - Provide individual contribution as well as lead a team to deliver projects for global clients and be responsible with minimal supervision for the following activities:  - Conducting project management activities including project scope, schedule, cost and quality management  - Stakeholder management and client relationship management  - Conducting and driving business requirements gathering   - Supporting projects throughout the solution development life cycle, from establishing vision and scope to validating business and user requirements across in the testing phase  - Provide program governance framework and support governance calls with senior management  - Establish program and project metrics to effectively track progress  - Be an advocate for business to IT teams  Business Development :   - Supporting efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the CMT practice  Industry Expertise : Provide industry expertise within the Electronics and High Tech industry  Experience :  Specific experience would include :  - 3-8 years of progressive delivery/program/project management experience; experience in a consulting firm is preferable  - Strong EHT industry experience  - Should have strong client-facing and client relationship management experience  - Should have good business development skills and demand generation experience  - Should have worked in a tier-1 or tier-2 IT firm in application development / maintenance and support  - Preferably should be PMP / Prince 2 certified  - Experience managing in Agile / Scrum environments would be strongly preferred  - Preferably should have CSM/CSP/ACP certifications  - Experience working with senior decision makers preferred  - Exposure to global clients is preferred  - MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-school preferred  Key Competencies and Characteristics :  - Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills  - Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm  - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment  - Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility  - Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts  - Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player  - Understanding of foreign languages will be an added plus which should be highlighted
