Entity: India Business - AS Products (CG&S) Position: Manager/Senior Manager Education: MBA from Tier 1 B-School Experience: - 7-10/10-15 years of experience. Domestic consulting experience is preferred - Should have worked in the Life Sciences space and done work around Sales & Marketing, General Management/Strategy etc. - Should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives - Should have managed teams and delivery and possess strong program management skills Key responsibilities 1. Project Delivery: The candidate will be required to work with senior Accenture strategy professionals and will be expected to Define project scope and deliverables, Manage delivery and project economics Manage project risk Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team. 2. Business Development: In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to Identify and work on business development opportunities Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations Lead or support the preparation of proposal documents 3. People Development: People development will be a key attribute of this profile. The role will require the candidate to Perform the role of coach for Accenture's clients and help shape client needs/issues into opportunities Perform the role of a career counselor/guide for team members Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Participate in practice engagement initiatives 4. Domain Development: One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of - point-of-views- on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders Consumer goods and services practice involves core service areas such as Business Transformation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics Experience: - A minimum of 10+ years of progressive business and consulting experience. - Experience in a consulting firm, or extensive work experience in Consumer Goods industry. - Demonstrated expertise in any of the following CG&S areas of specializations: of supply chain planning, sourcing & procurement, manufacturing, warehousing. - An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements. - Experience working with - C- level executive clients - An MBA from a Tier 1 B School
