JD :

- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of various indirect tax regulations in India and should have handled assessments/ audits with various tax authorities.

- He/she should also have sufficient understanding of proposed GST (Goods & Service tax)legislation in India and corresponding system/ process changes required to implement the same. The role requires extensive travel within India.

- The candidate having good knowledge of direct taxes in India would be preferred. He/ she should be having prior experience in working in SAP environment

- The candidate should have good communication skill and should be able to interact with senior stakeholders. He/ she should also be able to project manage complex changes in tax regulation.

- The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience as above. A mix of tax consulting experience with reputed tax advisory firm and industry experience with large corporate would be desirable for the role.
