OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB  - To manage, SLAs, business excellence, domain knowledge dissemination, process improvement and business outcome projects etc.   - To Support Global Process owners in process harmonization and standardization  Responsibilities/Authorities/Main account-abilities:  Technical Knowledge  1. End-to-end understanding of Accounting processes (Sub-ledger - Ledger - Trial Balance - Financials - Reporting etc.)  2. Sound understanding and application knowledge on accounting principles (Consistency, Conservatism, Accrual, Going Concern, Matching, Revenue Recognition)  3. Understanding of complete RTR processes including MEC, Recons, Accounting concepts & Controllership  4. Educational Qualification - CA / CPA  5. Good knowledge on Excel skills, commonly used functionalities include (vlookup, Pivots, If, Subtotals etc.)  6. Business and Finance Acumen and influencing skills  7 . Drive business priorities while working with virtual teams  Communication and Soft Skills  1. Role involves extensive communication with Chief Accounting Office / Finance Director for the country. Lead the discussion on month end reviews and controller-ship reviews  2. Communication include presentation of financials including Balance Sheet review, Variance Analysis
