CPG Analytics Delivery Lead  We are looking for CPG Analytics Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria :  Overall purpose of the job : Lead and manage delivery of all CPG analytics engagements across locations.  Responsibilities :  - Hands-on Leader, responsible for building and driving the overall leadership and people strategy in CG&S Analytics team  - Responsible primarily for delivery, but also supports new offering development (specially industry specific offerings)  - Plays lead functional architecture (along with SA) to create and convert pipeline of opportunities, and deliver POCs, projects and deals successfully  - Setup capability and innovations COEs, develop applications (apps) and other assets as part of building best-in-class CG&S Analytics practice  - Develop insights and deliver client business impact (e.g., revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction)  - Manage senior client stakeholders and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across both Industry verticals and functional horizontals (e.g., Accenture Analytics, Operations Delivery leads, Industry teams, Solution Architects etc.)  Desired Skills and Experience :  Job Location : Bangalore or Mumbai   Education : Two-year full time MBA or One-year full-time Executive MBA from a top tier business schools   Overall years of experience : 12 - 16 years  - 8+ years of direct Consumer Goods and Services analytics experience with leading service and/or analytics organizations.   - 7 -10 years of experience in Consumer Goods and Services industry (e.g., FMCG, CPG etc.). Some exposure to other industry groups as well (Not mandatory).   - Thorough understanding of Consumer Goods and Services Industry's business areas and processes such as Sales and Marketing, supply Chain and Logistics and Portfolio Assortment and Space, etc.   - Analytics experience must include conceptualizing proofs-of-concept, design analytical models and drive insights.   - Strong experience across descriptive, predictive & prescriptive analytics   - Significant experience in leading / managing a team of 50-100 with diverse skill-sets   - Exposure to tools and technologies in the analytics and data visualization (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, SQL.
