We are looking for Analytics Delivery lead with 12+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria.  Roles and Responsibilities summary :  - Identify analytics opportunities across all client engagements supported by the Manila delivery center.  - Help drive the analytics roadmap for the client's requirements.  - Ongoing program/project delivery management of the analytics and modeling function.  - Provide statistical analysis and predictive modeling services as a value add to the current engagements cross offerings - end to end, ranging from customer segmentation, driver analysis, profitability analytics, claims prediction etc. - using advanced analytical and modeling techniques and tools.  - As a people manager - build and develop analytics and modeling capabilities and create an analytics organization in Manila by grooming local talent.  Desired Skills and Experience :  Job location : Manila (Philippines)  Education : MBA / MTech / MSc / MA  Overall years of experience: 12 - 15+ yrs  Core analytics experience : 10+  - Must have managed a team of at least 15+ member for 5+ years  - Analytics Road map Development and engagement management  - Project management  - Must have analytics experience in 2 or more industry: Telecom or Healthcare or F&A or Utilities or BFSI.  - The candidate should possess knowledge and have hands-on experience in the following statistical and analytical techniques  Statistical Analysis : Customer segmentation, Churn Management, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Profitability Analysis.
