Job Summary:   - To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Utilities industry to deliver business value.  - To work with leading Utilities clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex transmission and distribution initiatives and integrate transmission and distribution solutions to meet changing business and challenges and regulations  - Utilize Utilities transmission and distribution process understanding and functional experience in implementation of systems (at least three of the following - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distribution Management System (DMS), Grid Operations, Grid Operations Cyber Security, Meter Data Management System (MDMS), Automated Meter Reading Infrastructure (AMR/AMI), Geographical Information System (GIS), Demand Response Management System (DRMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS)) to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for Utilities clients  - Lead and support implementation of different complex transmission and distribution Operational Support Systems and Business Support Systems across various regions  - Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies  Key Responsibilities:   - Apply specific experience to developing optimal Utilities T&D centric processes and implementing robust solutions including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distribution Management System (DMS), Grid Operations, Grid Operations Cyber Security, Meter Data Management System (MDMS), Automated Meter Reading Infrastructure (AMR/AMI), Geographical Information System (GIS), Demand Response Management System (DRMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS)  - Identify opportunities to transform processes using functional knowledge of the latest Grid Operational technologies, define Utility Smart Grid Roadmaps and lead large scale AMI/AMR implementations  - Identify relevant KPIs for performing analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the implemented operational system(s) and identify suitable interventions to improve its overall efficiency  - Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks   - To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance  Relationships:   Qualifications:  Education: B. Tech from a Tier 1 institute, MBA from a Tier 1 institute   Work Experience:   4+ years of experience of working in Grid Operations with advanced knowledge of systems (at least 3 of the following systems - SCADA, DMS, OMS, Grid Cyber Security, MDMS, AMR/AMI, DRMS, DERMS and GIS) and minimum 1 year of experience in Field Operations, Planning and Management with exposure to areas such as application of Analytics, Mobility and Cloud technologies in Field Operations, System Planning, Microgrid Planning, Asset Management and Predictive Analytics  4+ years of experience in Utilities industry  Work Requirements: Extensive travel depending on geographical span  Knowledge and Skill Requirements:  Core Skills:  - Deep industry knowledge of the Utilities Transmission & Distribution segment and strong functional exposure to the Utilities Power Generation and Retail segments  - Experience of working in the T&D sector with deep exposure to Grid Operations as well as Field Operations with hands on experience of working with T&D systems (at least 3 of the following systems - SCADA, DMS, OMS, Grid Cyber Security, MDMS, AMR/AMI, DRMS, DERMS and GIS)  - Experience of developing and executing Maintenance Plans for T&D network assets such as Substations, Transformers, Cables, Poles, Circuit Breakers, Isolators etc.  - Working knowledge of managing commercial and residential fault management activities and contractor gangs  - Preferred - sound knowledge of the regulatory intricacies with experience in driving initiatives to meet compliance requirements such as CAPEX plans, grid predictability and grid reliability  - Experience in identification of value drivers, creation of business cases and transformation roadmaps for Utilities Transmission and Distribution industry such as Smart Grid / AMI implementation strategy, roadmap and execution  - Ability to objectively identify, evaluate and select technology platforms and tools that enable Utilities to implement Operational Support Systems and Business Support Systems  - Experience in the interoperability and data exchange between the various different Operational Support Systems and Business Support Systems implemented in transmission & distribution Utilities.  - Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing Utilities T&D solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals  - Experience of maturity assessments and gap analysis for customer related processes in the Utilities industry  - Strong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership  - Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks   - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
