The Human Resources Representative Lead- Associate Manager supports general human resources activities for assigned personnel and/or assigned projects or units to include staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications..   - He/she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.   - Where applicable, the HR Representative Generalist will provide input to resolve supply/demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities.   - He/she typically supports 800+ personnel in the same entity/geography/workforce and supervises 1-3 HR Representative Generalists located in the same office/country.   - He/she makes recommendations and suggests solutions within their own group which is typically a standard team with high complexity.   Key Responsibilities :   Performance Management and Professional Development :   - Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to geographic/entity guidelines.   - Support career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.  - Coordinate Partner and AP performance management processes, as requested (e.g. Partner unit awards and AP variable pay) under direct guidance from leadership  - Support on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.  Employee Relations and Employee Transitions :   - Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues.  - Support and advise executives on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies.  - Coordinate the termination process by organizing discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues.  - Educate executives and HR Reps on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies.  Resource Planning (if applicable) :   - Monitor supply of personnel by ensuring HR Representative Generalists maintain personnel information in all appropriate systems; monitor actual headcount, new hires, attrition vs. plan; report on capacity, chargeability, and availability; analyze trends and make recommendations and follow through with actions.  - Coordinate resource management process to ensure the appropriate resource supply to address forecasted business demands. Continually update resource plan and assumptions as business forecasts and actuals are updated throughout the year. Work closely with finance lead to ensure plans and targets are being achieved.  - Recommend sourcing strategy to drive workforce usage/mix plans, recruiting/joiner plans, and borrowing/loaning plans. Collaborate with recruiting teams and colleagues in other entities to ensure plans and targets are being achieved.  - Coordinate headcount plans to drive promotions, transfers, and attrition (both managed and un-managed) decisions. Oversee HR team's execution of these transitions.  General HR :   - Work with customer leadership and finance to monitor personnel development budgets including training spend and community spend  - Respond to customer requests for analysis on key performance indicators relating to people issues (retention, illness hours, etc)  - Monitor skill gaps with leadership, execute plans for skill development areas and support HR Representative Generalists in identification of people to attend training   - Provide support to community activities including coaching on customer's communication plan  - Review results of People Surveys and work with customer leadership to affect change  - Supervise career management and development for the team  - Team with other HR Leads to share best practices and knowledge capital  Accenture HR Team
