We are looking for Analytics SME for Banking with 12+ years of experience professional who can fulfill the following criteria.   Role :   Critical role at the intersection of business and analytics, focusing on leveraging analytics to solve business and operating problems of banks and other players in the financial services industry :  Growth :  - Assess and diagnose business issues of clients, both existing and prospective, propose analytics solutions with a quantified business case and personally participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert (SME)  - Assess patterns in client needs (demand) and competitor offerings (supply) to select, recommend and build analytics service offerings, apps, frameworks, templates and methodologies to solve client problems. Build and present internal investment case for recommended offerings, and be accountable for generating a return thereupon.  - Help formulate and drive execution of strategies for market share and leadership, innovation, industry recognition, business growth  Delivery :  - Be accountable to clients and Accenture leaders for client business outcomes and client delight through analytics delivery. Provide oversight, guidance and otherwise drive delivery teams to success  - Build capability and motivation of FS team through hiring, training, personal relationships and career management  Leadership :  - Be responsible for achieving goals around metrics such as revenue, profitability, chargeability, resource utilization and similar metrics; reporting and MIS around them  - Manage senior client stakeholders and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across both Industry verticals and functional horizontals (e.g., Accenture Analytics, BPO, delivery leads, Industry teams, Solution Architects etc.)  - Drive execution and support design of FS component of organization-wide programs of the Analytics As a Service business or of wider groups within the Accenture world  Desired Skills and Experience :  Experience : 15-20 years of overall experience with an emphasis on the creation and consumption of analytics to solve business problems.  Education : Full time MBA from a top 10 institute in India or a highly ranked institution in other countries OR A masters or advanced degree in quantitative disciplines such as economics, econometrics, statistics, advanced mathematics or computer science from a top tier institution Including 7-10 years either in Banks or as an advisor focused on solving business problems for banks in any of retail, commercial, corporate and private banking or cards  - Banking industry professionals - career in analytics and product / portfolio management  - Management consulting or analytics industry professionals with delivery and business development experience focused on the banking industry  - Including analytics experience in conceptualizing proofs-of-concept, designing and delivering descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics deliverables and project plans to generate insights and actionable recommendations  Expertise in solving any of the following types of banking business problems, Exposure to and perspective on the other types below would be desirable :  - Credit risk, underwriting, line management  - Credit collections  - Fraud detection  - Volume forecasting, productivity, efficiency, service level maximization and workforce analytics for banking operations (customer service and back-office)  - Regulatory compliance, e.g. AML, Basel III PD / LGD / EAD, IFRS, Stress testing laws, FINRA  - Data management, e.g. ECB's AnaCredit, SEC's KYC regulations  - Significant experience in leading / managing large teams with diverse skill-sets  - Global exposure and appreciation of clients and cultures across many countries  - Exposure to other FS industry segments such as Capital Markets and Insurance would be advantageous but not mandatory  Strengths :  Intellectual horsepower : Structured problem solving skills to translate client needs/ problems into analytics solutions  Communication :  - Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; ability to present, lead, support and influence senior management and business development in deal process  - Strong written communication skills (PowerPoint/ Word/Email) and ability to create effective communications using graphs, charts and other visualization techniques  - Superior organizational and process skills, attention to detail  - Strong business acumen and understanding of financials  - Exposure to tools and technologies in the data, analytics and visualization areas (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, SQL.
