Principal Duties And Responsibilities:   - To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Natural Resources industry to help them raise their performance to new heights   - To work with leading Natural Resources companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges  - Is expected to work competently within one geography, or with close supervision, across geographies  - To efficiently work for assignments in the Natural Resources industry  - To be able to deliver potential solutions along robotic process automation, process and operational excellence, business process optimization, managing ERP related processes, project and change management  - To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions  - To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance in the new market realities  Qualifications:   - Engineering Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree from institute of repute  Experience:   - Hands on support manufacturing operations in mining, responsible for application maintenance, issue / problem troubleshooting, minor enhancements to identified manufacturing applications.(either of the tool experience)  ArcGIS, Itasca FLAC  Chemalert  Minestar Suite (Fleet, Terrain, Reporting, Databases)  Landmark, P2Energy, Cygnet SCADA, Aspen Hysis  SCADA  AutoCAD  Caterpillar Fleet Management,   SureSite,Mincom Production Accounting  Caterpillar Fleet Management,   - Understanding of Mining Value chain, business processes, application integration concepts. Strong process excellence experience for key mining processes, operations excellence in mining.  - Knowledge of ISA 95 levels and value drivers.  Key Competencies and Skills:   - Mining operations and value chain  - Industry drivers and application solutions in any of the mining areas.  - Strong knowledge of Process Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in mining industry  - Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues  - Strong oral and written communications skills  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
