This role is for a consulting professional within the High Tech and Internet vertical. The ideal candidate should have experience in PMO/Governance for large scale transformation programs. The consultant will work individually or on a team to deliver projects for global clients and be responsible with minimal supervision for the following activities:  a. PMO and Governance for Large Scale Transformation Programs: Work closely with client and Accenture stakeholders on activities including:  - PMO/Program management including development of plan, activities and templates  - Define impact of transformation to client's people, process and tools  - Assist in planning, delivering, and managing transformation-related user adoption to increase commitment to a project, initiative, or shared objective  - Stakeholder management and communication including senior management/SCOM presentations  - Monitoring, governance and reporting including analytics reporting  - Business case refresh, and value realization & tracking  - Support the design and delivery of training programs  - Program financials management, resource management and risk/issue management  - Exp. in SFDC/Cloud based transformation/SAP transformation is preferable  Experience:  Specific experience should include:  - 1-8 years of progressive consulting experience; experience with a top consulting firm highly desirable  - Experience in PMO/Governance for large scale transformation programs  - Strong High Tech or Internet industry experience preferred  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills  - MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-school required  - Exposure to global clients is desirable   Key Competencies and Characteristics:  - Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills including Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills  - Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm  - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment  - Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility   - Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts  - Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player
