Manager - Bid and Salesforce Management  Qualification / Expected Credentials - MBA/ Btech/BE  Experience Level (Yrs) - Overall 5-10 years  Role Objective (Accountable For) - Bid and Salesforce Management   Key Responsibilities :   Operational activities/ Tasks   Managing entire bid management life cycle for all opportunities globally/Regionally   Creating RFP/RFI responses, presentations, as required by the Sales Team during the bid process   Contributing to written proposals both in terms of content and presentation   Ensuring quality, and having effective coordination with various stakeholders across the organization   Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids   Building relationships with various teams to ensure successful execution of all bid management processes   Updating the knowledge Management repository with RFP/RFI responses   Creating/restructuring product presentations, customer case studies and other sales support content required by the Sales team   Desirable -Good knowledge of Salesforce and ability to use the CRM tool effectively   Follow up with sales managers and keeping the Salesforce tool updated   Assessing and correcting the facts and figures entered by Sales Managers in Salesforce   Preparing periodic reports and dashboards for the top management on Target vs Achievement, and other Key Performance Indicators as identified by the management   Ensuring sales pipeline is updated by sales managers and correcting any discrepancies   Training new sales personnel on usage of Salesforce tool   Competencies   Domain/Functional Skills   Enterprise IT Solutions Bids   Salesforce Knowledge   Effective utlisation of CRM tool   Desirable - Airline business bids   Behavioural Skills  Customer Focus  Business Perspective/Task Master/Co-ordiantion and internally manage team  Aggressive & Go Getter  Strong Communication Skills  Furnish following details in resume while applying :   Current CTC :   Expected CTC :   Notice Period :   Anushka Nibre  Accelya Kale Solutions Ltd  Talent Acquisition Lead
