VP - Category & Sourcing

Rentomojo is currently looking for an Entrepreneurial spirit with a great negotiating skills and the ability to network and influence people for the role of VP - Category & Sourcing.

Responsibilities :

- Selecting new products and reviewing the old

- Finding the right suppliers

- Negotiating prices

- Catalogue management

- Team management

- Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales

- Pitching ideas to senior management

- Stock control and Budgeting

- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones

- Attending trade events

Skill required :

- Strong analytical skills

- Negotiating skills and the ability to network and influence people

- In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation, etc.)

- Extremely customer focused and takes the time to understand the needs of the business

- Numeracy skills and proficiency using excel

- The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take risks

- Commercial awareness

Work Experience : 5+years work experience in relevant category/sourcing and catalogue management
