Accel - Talent Acquisition Specialist (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Strategize and execute processes for sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding for stellar talent for our high-performance teams
- Develop a deep understanding of technology and product to position the brand in front of the talent pool across the nation.
- Develop alignment with management and team on the character and skills required for each position.
- Drive recruitment starting from the understanding of the business so that talent comes in not against open positions but against the future plans of the company and the synergy that each resource may have with them. In other words, the recruitment program should drive to find out potential candidates who can add value to the team
- Draw insights from analytics to optimize the hiring process and frameworks
Skills and Qualifications :
- 4-10 years of work experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition role, or combination of both.
- Experience developing and motivating a global recruiting team, as well as leading through organizational change.
- Ability and willingness to learn the various businesses and incorporate that understanding into the development of effective sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with professional social media and recruitment tools/platform for effective branding and recruitment process.
- Hands-on, ability to effectively problem solve and collaborate to get things done.
- Metrics and insights driven to affect change within recruiting team.
- Technical, leadership, and sales recruiting experience.
