Accel - Manager - Human Resource (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary : HR Generalist profile with special emphasis on people management, recruitment & policy formulation.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design, plan and roll out various organization wide engagement Programs independently within budget guidelines.

- Understand various employee satisfaction indicators and collate various business MIS's and/or analytics available for assessing employee pulse and recommend action plans to the business & management.

- Design, plan and execute training calendar.

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, training, employee relations within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability.

- Facilitate manpower planning to meet business goals.

- Work closely with managers on performance management issues & succession planning.

- Ensure all regulatory and internal compliances vis-a-vis employee records, statutory benefits, labor laws.

- Mentor and coach the HR team.

- Exposure to payroll management will be added advantage.
