Job Details:  The candidate will join our team to improve market positioning of the organizations  Competencies in the US banking markets space.  Will mentor and direct other team members (Delivery and sales teams) in specific domains as we Create and deliver the value proposition  Translate the vision into an end to end solution and make presentations to internal and external audiences as required.  Carrying out a detailed system study of the existing Banking System/gathering the requirements from the prospective Banking clients.  Converting these requirements in to Software Requirement Specification Document and help the development team to develop as per the SRS Document.  Testing   Deploying the developed solution at the Banking Client site.  Will help the sales team to identify opportunities by demonstrating his/her functional competency / knowledge in the capital/banking markets  Provide subject matter expertise for organization engagements with banking clients   Identify trends in the US banking industry with an objective to position AFL as a niche player in the US capital/banking space.  Provide thought leadership on domain and business application areas.  Assist in hiring functional/technical specialists as well as process experts as required into the group both in offshore and onsite locations  Represent the company in external forums / sales & marketing events as required to articulate our offerings and value proposition in the solution areas  Work with the solution team to build prototypes and service definitions that can help validate these offerings with high quality output in short time lines.  Help the sales and pre-sales team to develop / create proposals for business opportunities in the specific solution areas   Requirement:  - Minimum of 10 + years of Experience in the US Capital Markets and Investment, Retail banking/Treasury area  - In depth knowledge in US banking system/capital market  - Excellent consulting skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders in solving business problems through thought leadership and functional/technical knowledge  - Professional Certifications such as CFA is a plus
