Position : Investment Analyst  Location : Abu Dhabi  Job description :  - Candidate would be part of investment team, working closely with management of technology ventures.   - The person will be involved in deals, and assist the management in monitoring activities of portfolio companies.   - Candidate would be exposed to various aspects of investing and managing technology ventures.  Key responsibilities of the person would include :  - Monitor and investigate macro and micro industry trends in target industries  - Conduct market research and analysis for target / portfolio companies  - Create business plans, valuations and financial modelling, to help management take investment decisions.  - Help management with due diligence, creating term sheets and writing investment memos.  - Liaison with legal and audit teams to close the transaction  - Coordinate tasks such as setting up initial agendas, getting NDAs, and consulting agreements in place with potential investments and portfolio companies.  - Help partners with research and presentations, as required  Requisite experience and education :  - 3 to 6 years of experience in venture capital preferably in technology space.  - Strong in building business plans and detailed financial models  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Ability to work with cross functional management teams
