SWOO - Corporate Strategy Role - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze business / investment opportunities

- Work with business leaders / executives of group / portfolio companies to help them with strategic decision making.

- Responsible for supporting corporate strategy, M&A and special projects by leading cross-functional teams to achieve broader corporate goals.

- Responsible for writing and delivering presentations to senior management

- Lead competitive, industry, and BOW research and analysis

- Create business plans for new corporate venture

- Build financial models related to, investments, M&As and joint ventures.

Background / Experience requirement:

- 5+ years experience in consulting / corporate development function

- MBA from tier I institute with experience with top notch management consulting firm

- Proven skills in business research, analysis and working with senior executives (across functions)

- Experience in technology sector

- Experience with venture capital / technology investments is preferred.
