As a part of the Talent Acquisition function you will be responsible to create partnerships that yield success, predictable results, and establish credibility for the Talent Acquisition team as a critical support of leadership.   Your Job Description will include:  - Establish and develop effective working relationships with business leaders  - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.  - Manage the entire Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on boarding.  - Responsible for effectively communicating and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters  - Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions & ensures active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.  - Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding & responsible to deliver MIS reports to the Leadership team.  - Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement and measurement process.  - Responsible for effectively communicating and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, business level leaders and recruiters in order to create partnerships that yield success, predictable results, and establish credibility for the function as a critical support of leadership.  The Successful Applicant:  - Demonstrated history of delivering highly successful recruitment campaigns with a track record of closing top candidates in a competitive environment.  - Well developed planning and organizing skills, with the ability manage heavy workloads and conflicting priorities  - Demonstrated ability to work with clients at all levels and manage the candidate experience throughout the resourcing life cycle  - Skilled in the theory and application of selection criteria and assessment methodologies  - Exceptional Negotiation Skills combined with excellent communication & interpersonal skills  - 3+Years of Relevant Corporate Talent Acquisition Experience  About AbsolutData:  Founded in 2001, AbsolutData is an award winning global consulting oriented analytics firm, headquartered in San Francisco, with a global delivery model.
