Roles and Responsibilities :

- The role is a mix of analytics and product design.

- The person will be working on giving shape to the vision that has been laid out for the product development. It will include creating product designs, wire frames, functional documents as well as working on developing the analytical modules that will power the backend of the product. A person will be required to work with team members of varied background and manage the work for self and others.

Key responsibilities :

- Work as a part of products group within Absolutdata Labs and support in Product Development.

- Being involved from product inception to product release.

- Do product design, product management and analytical development

- Provide analytical solutions to the business requirements.

- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.

- Proactively look for potential quality issues, contribute to Technical Reviews and Root Cause Analysis sessions

- Closely work with sales team to help pitch the product to potential clients

- Stay on top of what's happening in analytics industry and our product area to provide cutting edge solutions and directions to development team

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and skills :

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Analytics or Product development.

- Have either Experience of latest Machine Learning skills and applying those into business problem solutions

- Experience in product development/part of product development team preferably in E-com space

- Understanding of basic product development technologies such as RDBMS, API, Cloud, etc.

- Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills

- Knowledge of marketing in Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google etc.) and the proven ability to effectively integrate these platforms into a cohesive marketing and data strategy would be preferable.

- Has excellent communication skills and can converse with ease with the technical and nontechnical audience.

- Has past experience of applying analytics into business

- Can document solutions/results in easy to understand manner and communicate the same
