Product Head - ABPWeddings.com  Core Responsibilities :  - Defining the product road-map - Developing the product specifications, managing product development cycle from website design, development to launch strategy  - Engaging with CRM team to work on design and implementation, sales and servicing processes  - Creation of processes for the online and offline part of the business  - Engaging closely with sales and marketing team to share product details, train them on SOPs and processes  - Engaging closely with technology and IT teams to determine best technical implementation for customer facing product as well as back-end CRM systems  Skill sets/Competencies :  - Strong organizational and leadership skills - ability to lead and manage a cross-functional team with efficiency & attention to detail  - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to work cross-functionally with different departments   - Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills - ability to express thoughts logically & succinctly  - Ability to understand and contribute to the business direction for the company   Experience :  - 6 - 10 years of experience in digital business, preferably in a matrimony/allied classified business (auto, education, real estate)  - Prior experience on technology development and interfacing (mobile/web app dev, CRM backend dev etc.) is preferred  - Prior experience of product management is strongly preferred
