Overall Purpose of the Role :  To drive the Talent Acquisition initiatives of the Company across all businesses in line with the defined policy and processes. To attract the best talent and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the recruitment strategies that results in a high calibre workforce in the organization.  Key Accountabilities :  Talent Acquisition Delivery & Governance  - End to End recruitment cycle for all positions allocated.  - Drive and Deliver the recruitment strategy for both In and Above Unit roles.  - Administers and recommend policies around employment practices  - Partner with senior leaders to help improve recruitment efficacy, working on multiple projects within the talent function & hiring processes.  - Work with HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps in senior level positions and build internal and external sourcing strategies.  - Collaborate with TA team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.  Utilize metrics and analytics to boost recruitment and retention.  Employer Branding and Acquisition Innovation :  - Ensure enhance of employer brand (esp. in the digital/social media space)  - Act as an ambassador to executive level talent outside the company.  Deliver innovative options to make talent availability sustainable & continuous for both In & Above Unit roles.  Person Specification :   - Passionate about recruitment  - Good Communication Skills  - Project Management & Analytical Abilities  - Stake Holder Management  - Experience of leading a successful team  Essential :   - 5 to 8 years in TA  - Experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Consulting  - Abreast of the latest talent trends, search techniques
