Overview:   - ABP group is seeking to get on-board Regional Managers for the ad sales team in the Digital Business. Digital Business is the youngest digital media startup, incubated by the ABP Group, with ambition to grow into a world class digital media organisation.   - The Regional Managers are expected to work closely with the Head - Direct Ad Sales to build the annual business plan and execute them in the respective regions, to achieve annual revenue targets of all properties of ABP Digital (Anandabazar.com, Ebela.in, t2online.com etc.)  - Regional Managers would be supported by team of 1-3 team members in each region  Key expectations:  - Contribute towards annual revenue planning exercise for ABP Digital with inputs from the regional markets  - Take accountability for meeting revenue and yield targets for all products of ABP Digital for the region  - Coordinate with internal teams such as ad operations, product, technology to ensure error-free implementation of campaigns  - Follow-up with clients, agencies to ensure on-time collection, minimize outstanding of receivables   - Ensure adherence to sales processes in the region  - Develop strong relationships with key clients, agencies to generate new business and increase in share of wallet from existing clients, accounts in the region  - Monitor, review performance of the regional ad sales team and take proactive initiatives to improve performance  Desired profile:  - 8-10 years- experience in media ad sales, with 3 - 5 years in digital media ad sales  - Should have clocked revenues in the range of INR 1-3 Cr per annum  - Good understanding of digital ad sales market  - Strong relationship with digital media agencies, direct clients  - Experience of managing a team is desirable
