Seeking an experienced operations co-founder for an early stage startup in the fast growing cold supply chain segment.   About AbleCold:  At AbleCold we are building an asset light pan-India end to end integrated cold supply chain solution. We aim to provide our customers a reliable single point of contact for all cold supply chain requirements in India, allowing them to focus their energies on their core business.   The cold supply chain market for perishables in India has been estimated between $3.5Bn - $5Bn in 2015 and expected to grow at ~20% pa. The market itself is highly fragmented with only - 3% share with the top 3 operators. The customers, in addition to dealing with multiple entities, struggle with product damages, shipping delays and lack of flexible options such as part loads in transport or pay on actual pallet space consumed at storage.  We work on an asset light model where we partner with individual asset owners for different legs of the supply chain and either provide the tech / operations expertise, or operate the assets ourselves, as required to ensure product integrity and a connected supply chain. This enables us to (a) scale fast (b) have an end-to-end control of the chain without significant capital investment and, (c) provide the flexibility that some of our potential customers have asked for.  We are currently lining up our supply side partners and will soon start our pilot in Bangalore  About the Founder:  IITK engineer and Harvard Business School MBA graduate. Worked at HUL, strategy consulting and most recently as a VP at Treebo Hotels, now a series-B funded startup.  Responsibilities:   - Drive on-ground excellence in day-to-day operations pan-India - primary logistics, cold storage and intra-city distribution  - Hire and build the operations / quality assurance teams  - Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships across all legs of supply chain  - Liaise with Tech team to create innovative products for improving operations efficiency  Skills / competencies / experience:  - High execution bias, strategic thinking and inclination to learn  - Ability to lead and manage teams  - Prior on-ground supply chain experience of atleast 4 years  - Tier 1 engineering institute (MBA preferred)  Compensation: High equity share
