Position : Medical Advisor  Location : Mumbai  Job Profile :  Purpose of Job :  To provide medical leadership & information for assigned products and specified therapy areas, in order to support the business. To develop and maintain excellent professional working relationships with key internal & external customers.  Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :  - Scientific support to Brand  - Conceptualize scientific inputs and other promotional literature as per brand strategy  - Help designing copy matter of VAF as per brand strategy, brand positioning  - Keep abreast of the latest scientific information on products, therapy areas, landmark trials, guidelines for scientific associations on therapy areas  - Preparation of CME kits for product promotion  - Preparation of Prescribing information   - KOL initiatives & Scientific symposium: To develop professional relationship with KOL and relevant organization for Scientific symposium, Skill upgradation :   New Product Launches :   - Launch the product to the field with technical inputs on therapy area, product, product positioning, competitor  - Prepare CME modules  - Ongoing information support - to augment brand support  - Proactively provide information about significant developments in the assigned therapeutic area / products to internal customers  - Ensure that appropriate, therapeutic and brand specific knowledge is sustained among key internal personnel including sales and marketing  - Responding to queries (along with relevant scientific support) from  - Internal / External customers  - Collating all important queries and sending to the field as FAQs  - Attending CSM  - Launch new products, updating the field on new literature on focused products  - Addressing technical queries on product positioning, competitor  - PMT training- once in a cycle  - To update the PMT on therapy areas, products, competitors,  - Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP  - Ensure high scientific quality for marketing collaterals   - New product ideation and evaluation  - Suggest new products, brand extension, new ideas, and Evaluate new products  - Clinical Trials  - Support for preparation of protocol and CRF  Key Deliverables :  - Scientific support to Brand  - KOL initiatives & Scientific symposium  - New Product Launches  - Ongoing information support   - Responding to queries   - Attending CSM  - PMT training  - Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP  - New product ideation and evaluation  - Clinical Trials  Job Specification :  Competencies Required :  - Keep abreast of the latest scientific information on therapy, products, competitors  - Analyze the information  - Understand the need of customers  - Aware of the focused products  - Identify specific information for the doctors  - Knowledge about weakness, and need of the internal customers  Functional Skills/ Know-how:  - Medico marketing  - Pharmacovigilance  - Cross-functionality  - Team work  Qualifications : MD (Pharmacology) / MBBS  Experience : 2 - 5 years
