- Identify overall trends in the market and identify opportunities for the respective business  - Translate the global strategy by leading and ensuring region tactical execution to grow sales and market share for the cataract and refractive business.  - Organise and Monitor ROI on Customer engagement program  - Develop and implement product launches and effective programs to establish company's key brands to gain penetration and share. This will include right marketing mix of pricing, KOL management plan, scientific programs, patient and physician education programs, publications (scientific articles, advertisements and advertorials), clinical programs and service support program. (in line with key brand's positioning)  Ensure post-program follow up to measure ROI of program in order to improve and decide on subsequent follow up program.  - Manage product lifecycle and appropriate product mix (phase in/phase out process)  - Work with sales managers to ensure adequate training of sales team on technical knowledge as well as key selling messages.  Minimum Requirements:   Education and Experience:  - Qualification requirements: University degree (B.Sc. desirable) + MBA from premier institute  - 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare industry (preferably in medical devices industry)   - Requirements to the professional experience: Medical industry experience, marketing experience, people management experience, P&L familiarity are required.
