The Associate Director OEC monitoring will provide advice and counsel on matters of compliance and ethical business practices. Key job responsibilities includes   Responsible for running compliance program comprising of 7 elements of OEC program for Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD)   Part of Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for 3 units under EPD, being an integral part of SLT provide technical, OEC program support to 3 units under EPD  Effectively coach & guide Managers / Sr. Managers working EPD division  Collaborate effectively with EPD commercial leadership team comprising of BU directors/ marketing directors/ medical team to provide necessary OEC guidance & support   Compliance Risk Management, running risk identification models to identify risk, work with key stake holders for risk mitigation, action plan and tracking & owning closure  Review operations for Government Bidding process and draft applicable controls  Define, draft compliance audit protocols across Abbott, draft the compliance audit plan, track issues and timely closure and report out in compliance committees  Work with Key leadership teams in business units to identify key compliance risks to mitigate, guide business teams to drive compliance risk assessment including compliance with local laws and applicable local codes  Identify gaps if any in policies & SoP's for compliance activities and draft suitable policies & procedures with relevant stake holder engagement to plug gaps if any  Monitor high risk transactions on a timely basis, define applicable system controls in place for review, approval of activity and timely preparing the dash boards for appropriate report outs to the management and OEC director  Required Education / Experience  Professional qualification with more than 15 years of post- qualification experience   Chartered Accountant with BIG 4 experience preferred  Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of related professional experience including some pharmaceutical or health care compliance program experience as either a member of a multinational compliance team, consultant, or outside counsel.  Demonstrated problem-solving skills, self-starter and problem solver  Strong communication skills and management experience for the more senior position  Ability to manage high performing teams & leadership qualities
