With strong category focus the incumbent will drive and support execution of sourcing projects in-line with Business Unit (BU) requirements and interactions between AB InBev Zone BU stakeholders, Local and Global Procurement teams.  Primary purpose is to lead best practise application of the total cost of ownership within the category; including the on-going development and application of strategic sourcing, contracting and value engineering pipeline development.  Accountabilities :  Sourcing & Category Management :   - Develop and maintain a Sourcing pipeline for the Zone  - Lead analysis and definition of the category spend baseline and category profile, incl. risk assessment and SRM strategy  - Lead Sourcing activities on behalf of the Zone, including (but not limited), developing RFx documents in partnership with the Global and/or Local teams, coordinate e-auctions, carry out fact based negotiations, contract execution.  - Develop strategies for Zone owned categories in alignment with Zone Senior Manager Packaging and other key stakeholders as define during the process  - Oversee Category strategy implementation  - Lead development of go to market strategies in alignment with Zone Senior Manager Packaging and ensure proper documentation  - Work closely with the Local VIC teams to develop and maintain robust VE pipeline  Stakeholder:  - Develop and maintain a Sourcing pipeline for the Zone  - Identification of stakeholders in the initiation of the category strategy development and sourcing activities  - Actively engage stakeholders as defined in alignment with Zone Senior Manager Packaging throughout the strategy development and sourcing activities  - Ensure input from stakeholders is considered during the process  Support Strategic Planning, Implementation & Tracking :  - Value pipeline development and management  - Global and regional alignment in strategic sourcing initiatives  - Record and report performance (savings) on conducted projects  - Provide guidance to the Local VIC teams with the CTRM process  - Provide guidance to the Local VIC teams in the planning and implementation of projects (in particular those initiated as a result of sourcing activities) - including VE projects  Education:  - MBA/ PGDBM in Supply Chain/ Procurement with Engineering in Graduation is essential  Experience :  - 5-8 years of experience in Procurement/ Purchase/ Supply Chain  Skills Needed :  - Procurement (Sourcing) execution including tendering  - Negotiation, including planning and execution  - Category market knowledge  - IT Capability - data manipulation and analysis skills (Excel etc.)  - SAP skills particularly purchasing  - Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills  - Excellent self-management practices  - Strong interpersonal skills  - Project management experience
