The role is the coordinator of key aspects of the recruitment process and supports talent management practices including employee performance and engagement.  - The Talent Specialist has a secondary responsibility to provide seamless end-to-end operational HR advice and services to the business. The scope of advice and services extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, and the employee life cycle (- hire to retire- process), to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centres of Excellence (COEs).  Roles and Responsibilities :   - Provide recruitment coordination support through coordination of interviews, creation and posting of job advertisements, completion of background and medical checks and management of ad-hoc careers queries through email.  - Provide administrative support with TA specific people cycle activities as needed.  - Act as the super-user for the Talent Acquisition systems (including SAP TA and PageUP). Respond to queries from employees and work to identify solutions to system / user issues.  - Manage purchase orders and goods receipting against the Talent Acquisition budget and provide regular reports to the TA Manager highlighting any risks in a timely manner.  - Manage and maintain the intranet and Cheers application to ensuring Talent Acquisition information is up to date and consistent. Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to make changes where needed.  - Support Talent Management specific people cycle activities, coordinating with wider ZCC team as appropriate to deliver engagement survey, Organisational & Performance Review (OPR) and Competency Appraisal processes  - Manage purchase orders and goods receipting against the Talent Acquisition budget and provide regular reports to the TA Manager highlighting any risks in a timely manner.  - Manage and maintain the intranet and Cheers application to ensuring Talent Management information is up to date and consistent. Work with Talent Manager to make changes where needed.  Contract generation for new hires & employee changes - first time right.  - SAP HR transactions & data management, ensuring high level of data accuracy  - Position and organisational management in SAP  - Employee letter generation - parental leave, confirmation of employment, incentive program & merit review outcomes.  - Aim to go beyond just responding to your customers queries on People processes, policies and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP, L&D, Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Excellence Program to support them all the way to resolution.  - Ensure advice provided in a friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People - ZCC team.  - Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe.  Provide monthly service level agreement and/or performance reports  - Create ad-hoc reports in line with reporting standards & service level agreements.  Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders;  - Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business  Contribute to and/or lead adhoc projects as instructed by the People team or Team Leader.  - Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs.  Key Relationships :   - Talent Acquisition Managers and Talent Management Team - APAC South  - Hiring Managers (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Solutions, Supply, Corporate)  Internal Candidates :   - Service & Operations Team - Australia  - People Directors and Business Partners  - People Centres of Excellence (L&D, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards)  - Service & Operations Senior Manager  - IS Service Desk  Ideal Candidate :  - Degree qualified in Business or related discipline  - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, shared services experience is a plus!  - Prior experience working with SAP HCM essential.  - Prior administration experience in busy customer focused environment.  - Experience working in a complex corporate environment  - Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills  - Excellent verbal and written English communication  - The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose  - Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.  - Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution.  - Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.  - Experience with trouble shooting and complex problem solving  - Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines.  - Resilience - demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure  - Attention to detail/ accuracy/ timeliness - strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deliver to deadline
