AB InBev India is looking to hire a Sr. Manager - Procure to Pay for its Solutions team based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role - Sr. Manager P2P ensures that our vendor invoices are paid on-time, responsible for end-to-end process related employee reimbursements such as travel &amp; entertainment (T&amp;E) and other official expenses. Primary responsibilities include managing relationship with different stakeholders such as vendors, Procurement, Accounting, Payroll, Capex and Banking. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities - 1. Leading and developing a team of supervisors, including employee training and development, managing group workload and establishing priorities while ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed. 2. Act as a point of contact in resolving all issues with internal and external business partners 3. Partnering with accounting, procurement and tax teams for Invoice receipt/archival/tax compliance. 4. Responsible for overall deliverables related to : a. Employee expense report including queries. b. Vendor Invoice payments (India). c. Invoice on-holds. d. Banking instructions e. Process Metrics 4. Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. 5. Constantly work with business teams, share metrics and create plan of action for aged items in India AP world. Build processes to highlight issues proactively such as invoice/expense late payments. 6. Monthly Trial Balance: a. Coordinate the preparation and submission of the PTP related schedules. b. Capex reporting c. Bank reco d. Cognos forms Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes - Education &amp; Experience: 1. Bachelors/Chartered Accountants /Masters (CA/MBA/M.Com) with 5 or more years of post-qualification experience in Finance operations/Shared Services, Accounts Payable or General Ledger Skills &amp; Knowledge 2. Past experience in AP operations in large multi-national organizations is a must. Skills: 1. Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills. 2. Expertise in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (DMAIC, etc.) 3. Skills in managing AP process is a must Personal Attributes: 1. High energy 2. Solution-oriented and positive attitude 3.
