About ZX ventures Craft & Specialty:

The ZX Craft & Specialties team is a global collective of craft and heritage beer and from around the world. Some of the brands include Cucapa in Mexico; Camden Town in the UK and Birra del Borgo in Italy, among others. The goal is to cultivate the most exciting and innovative portfolio of international craft and specialty beer and bring it to consumers across international markets.

Job Responsibilities

- In collaboration with the Key Stakeholders & India Leadership team, Lead the Commercial planning of a Craft Beer Launch

- Be a key stakeholder in defining the craft roadmap for ZX Ventures in India.

- Define the Seed DVF metrics and track against targets leading to Seed1 and Seed 2 clearance for the brand.

- Define the expansion approach and lead the state wise plans for the Craft Beer Brand in the BU.

- Lead the Commercial Planning, Integration & Expansion for any new craft brand in BU.

- Lead, Alternate Imports channel

- Importer Setup, Commercial plan & relationship management

- Coordinate with the India Sales team to integrate the imports system seamlessly.

- Define the brand portfolio and objectives

- Work with Global and internal stakeholders to launch the planned Portfolio

- Forecasting, Route to Market Planning & Phased Expansion Roadmap.

Job Qualifications and Competencies

- A University Degree in Business in the relevant subject required, MBA preferred.

- Proven experience of working with Leadership teams

- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience across a broad background (FMCG Sales, Commercial Functions In Startups)

- Passionate about creating structure & processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.

- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.

- Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization.

- Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.
