Primary Purpose of Role

As Budweiser matures as a brand, we need to create new news and diversify the brand onto new growth opportunities. The role would lead the development, implementation and launch of the Budweiser innovation pipeline.

Key Tasks & Accountability

- Develop the innovation pipeline of Budweiser

- Lead cross-functionally locally and globally, to bring new innovations to market, Strategy, ZITEC, Innovations, Supply, Sales & Trade Marketing

- Create the 360 Launch plans

- Track performance of Innovations, course correct and optimize

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

- Graduate/ Post Graduate

- MBA (Optional), Marketing Degree (Optional)

- Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking

- Current or previous experience only in FMCG sector or Lifestyle Brands

Skills & Knowledge

- Fluency in English is essential, with exposure to a multinational desirable.

- Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to work with all functional and business partners.

- Reliable with a strong sense of integrity and compliance

- Able to work independently
