The scope of advice and services extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, and the employee life cycle (- hire to retire- process), to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centres of Excellence (COEs).  Roles and Responsibilities  - Execute the strategy set by the Rewards Manager for employee benefits, including (but not limited to) processing of relocation, recognition awards, management of service awards and lifestyle leave  - Lead the Rewards specific people cycle activities, coordinating with wider team as appropriate to deliver incentive (bonus) payment and merit review processes.  - Manage purchase orders and goods receipting against the Rewards budget and provide regular reports to the Rewards Manager highlighting any risks in a timely manner.  - Act as the super-user for the product benefits system. Respond to queries from employees and work to identify solutions to system / user issues in-line with the employee product benefits policy.  - Track costs against the Rewards budget and provide regular reports to the Rewards Manager highlighting any risks in a timely manner.  - Manage and maintain the intranet and Cheers application to ensuring Rewards information is up to date and consistent. Work with L&D Specialist to make changes where needed.  Contract generation for new hires & employee changes - first time right.  SAP HR transactions & data management, ensuring high level of data accuracy  Position and organisational management in SAP  - Employee letter generation - parental leave, confirmation of employment, incentive program & merit review outcomes.  Aim to go beyond just responding to your customers queries on People processes, policies and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP, L&D, Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Excellence Program to support them all the way to resolution.  Ensure advice provided in a friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People - ZCC team.  - Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe.  Provide monthly service level agreement and/or performance reports  - Create ad-hoc reports in line with reporting standards & service level agreements.  - Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders;  - Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business  - Contribute to and/or lead adhoc projects as instructed by the People team or Team Leader.  - Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs.  Key Relationships  Senior Rewards Manager - APAC South  Service & Operations Team - Australia  People Directors and Business Partners  People Centres of Excellence (L&D, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards)  Service & Operations Senior Manager  IS Service Desk  IS Access Management Team  Ideal Candidate:  Degree qualified in Business or related discipline  Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, shared services experience is a plus!  Prior experience working with SAP HCM essential.  Qualifications or experience in communications or graphic design well regarded.  Excellent MS Excel skills  Intermediate MS Word, Office and PowerPoint skills  Excellent verbal and written English communication  The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium audience & purpose  Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.  Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution.  Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.  Project Management skills  Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines.  Resilience - demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure  Attention to detail/ accuracy/ timeliness - strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deliver to deadline
