Role Responsibilities:   - Lead and ensure delivery of the commercial objectives of the region by driving the impact of the trade marketing to drive sales and brand health agenda in the market place  - Develop regional marketing plans, in alignment with the Sales objectives, trade marketing game plans, brand guidelines of the key strategic brands and measure the performance volume & brand health.  - Implement and evaluate both trade and consumer promotions for the priority channels on time and within budget in order to maximize the return on investment and ensure adequate levels of trade and consumer participation.  - Identify the right POC & execute the brand assets (Visibility, Coolers & Draught Machines) & measure the growth  - Collaborate with the sales team in the development of key trade customers through the formulation and implementation of account strategies and plans in order to maximize volume and share performance.  - Frame and execute trade engagement and trade advocacy programs in core markets to help drive volume performance.  - Management, development and coaching of Regional trade marketing team. Keep sales team, Head trade marketing and brand teams fully informed at all times of new channel/account developments, trends and competitor activity.  - Monthly monitoring the execution & measure the performance every initiative by POC's, analyze & provide the feedback on next steps to get best result.  - Interface for region with Head Office team in organization on all Trade marketing & marketing related investments/ execution   - Interacting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines.   - Competition Mapping- Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics  - Develop Team- lead team to work towards achieving the key targets and groom them for taking up larger roles & responsibilities at ABInBev  Ideal Candidate:  - A top business school (2008-2011 Batch)  - 6-9 years of experience in handling Sales/Channel/Marketing in FMCG industry in which at least 2 years are in Channel/Trade marketing   - Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer & trade buying behavior & Channel development  - Knowledge and experience in conducting Market Research & Analysis  - Strategic & Conceptual thinking - Able to refine strategic options into tactical action plans.
