AB InBev - Regional Manager - Route To Market - South Region - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (3-7 yrs)

This role would be based out of Bangalore and be responsible for the South Region (Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry & Tamil Nadu)

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and implement a detailed RTM approach for the Sales team based on the demographic, trade and economic parameters, to fully exploit the market potential

2. Set & Own the Sales Processes like Sales Planning, primary and secondary sales execution for sales excellence Partner with the Sales leadership team to map out long-term goals to ensure Sales and Operations strategies align

3. Ensure effective execution of the RTM agenda across the region through effective change management interventions and appropriate resource allocation

4. Decide, recommend and improvise various operational strategies based on the prevailing market environment, to ensure best practices

5. Focus on identifying and mitigating areas of inefficiencies and potential gaps in the Sales strategy. Continuously review and manage various Sales and Operations strategies keeping in line the globally established standards

6. Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance

7. Measure the effectiveness of every RTM initiative and do course corrections wherever required

8. Partner with sales training team in defining the Key RTM Skill Sets for the Sales team & co-create relevant training interventions to develop the team to effectively handle RTM related tasks

9. Implement & sustain the Salesforce automation (SFA) in the regions for better planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.

11. Beat planning with Route Optimization.

12. Setting up of the Sales kpis and driving them to ensure sales target achievement of primary and secondary sales, market coverage, sku coverage etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

1 .MBA from a premier B-School with 3-5 years of experience in FMCG/AlcoBev Sales & Distribution.

2. Prior experience in RTM projects would be an added advantage

3. Strong interpersonal & communication skill

4. Good stakeholder management experience

5. Ability to adapt and work under ambiguity

6. Analytical mindset & Data Driven Decision Making
